基于FLUENT的连杆正火余热回收工艺研究

摘要 21世纪的今天,环境热污染与经济发展是一对矛盾体,面对重大难题,世界各国共同推进“双碳”计划。位于中国白城的中一精锻连杆生产公司,在连杆加工过程产生大量的余热,感应加热连杆过程的余热已经回收,锻造后热处理阶段的余热还未收集。预利用轨道截面式换热器对正火余热回收,使用FLUENT软件对换热器与连杆进行仿真分析,得到温度场,选取180s、240s的温度场,与实测的正火冷却曲线对比,表明FLUENT的建模符合工艺要求,为余热回收控制打下了良好的基础。 Today in the 21st century,environmental thermal pollution and economic development are a pair of contradictions.Faced with major problems,countries all over the world jointly promote the"two-carbon"plan.Zhongyi Precision Forging connecting rod Production Company,located in Baicheng,China,generates a large amount of waste heat in the processing of connecting rod.The waste heat in the induction heating connecting rod process has been recovered,but the waste heat in the heat treatment stage after forging has not been collected.The track cross section heat exchanger is used to recover the normal waste heat,and the FLUENT software is used to simulate the heat exchanger and connecting rod.The temperature field obtained by selecting the temperature field at the time of 180s and 240s is compared with the measured normalizing cooling curve,which meets the actual requirements.The use of track cross section heat exchanger not only ensures the structure of the organization after normalizing.And waste heat is also recycled,making a feasible contribution to the"two-carbon"goal.
