摘要
职业院校教师教学创新团队是跨界融合、协同合作的新型跨边界组织形态,不同主体在相互作用下形成不同的“场”,包括跨文化的“对话互动场”、跨部门合作的“资源融合场”和跨专业领域的“知识管理场”。当前职业院校教师教学创新团队存在目标定位不清晰、主体协同性不强、知识创新能力不足等问题。可通过观念创新、技术创新和组织创新,以促进场内主体的契合性、交互性、复合性,提升团队整体效能。在路径选择上,以树立共同目标愿景为观念,以打造创新服务平台为载体,以建立学习型组织为举措,赋能团队高质量发展。
Vocational college teacher teaching innovation team is a new cross-border organization form that integrates interdisciplinary collaboration.Different subjects form different fields through interaction,including cross-cultural dialogue and interaction field,cross-departmental collaborative resource integration field,and cross-professional domain knowledge management field.Currently,vocational college teacher teaching innovation teams face problems such as unclear goal positioning,weak subject collaboration,and insufficient knowledge innovation capabilities.Through conceptual innovation,technological innovation,and organizational innovation,the overall efficiency of the team can be improved by promoting the fit,interaction,and complexity of the subjects within the field.In terms of path selection,the team should establish a common vision as the concept,create an innovative service platform as the carrier,establish a learning organization as the measure,and empower the team for high-quality development.
