摘要 党建引领职业教育教师教学创新团队建设是职业教育发展的总要求,是教师教学创新团队建设的必由之路.新时期,党建是职业教育教师教学创新团队建设的思想之基、发展之基、改革之基,要突出党建的政治引领、思想引领、示范引领、创新引领,开展“党建+人才培养”“党建+师资”“党建+课改”“党建+考核”的职业教育教师教学创新团队的建设路径,实现党建与职业教育教师教学创新团队同向同行、同频共振,高质量完成职业教育教师教学创新团队的建设任务,助力职业教育高质量发展. The Party building-led construction of innovative teaching teams for vocational educa-tion teachers is a fundamental requirement for the development of vocational education and the inevita-ble path for building teaching innovation teams.In the new era,the Party building serves as the ideologi-cal foundation,development foundation and reform foundation for the construction of innovative teach-ing teams for vocational education teachers.It should highlight the political guidance,ideological guid-ance,demonstration guidance and innovation guidance of the Party building and carry out the construc-tion path of“the Party Building+Talent Cultivation”“the Party Building+Faculty”“the Party Build-ing+Curriculum Reform”“the Party Building+Assessment”for innovative teaching teams of vocation-al education teachers to realize the Party construction and the teaching innovation team of vocational ed-ucation teachers going in the same direction and resonating in the same frequency,completing the con-struction tasks of innovative teaching teams in a high-quality way and promoting the high-quality devel-opment of vocational education.
