摘要
服务设计理论下对山海关长城博物馆App的用户需求进行分析,提出具体的设计策略和设计方案。通过服务设计方法和工具、构建用户画像、用户体验地图、接触点等来调研和挖掘山海关长城博物馆当前的服务痛点及用户的服务需求,找出设计机会点,提出了打造个性化的服务内容提供、聚焦精准化的服务信息支持、规范透明化的服务数据呈现、促进协同化的服务价值共创的设计策略,将有形的App应用产品与无形的服务理念相融合,提升了博物馆的服务效率,促进了长城文化的传播和保护,为博物馆App设计提供参考。
Under the service design theory,the user needs of the Shanhaiguan Great Wall Museum App were analyzed,and specific design strategies and design schemes were proposed.Through service design methods and tools,user portraits,user experience maps,contact points,etc.,to investigate and explore the current service pain points and user service needs of Shanhaiguan Great Wall Museum,find out the design opportunities,and propose to create personalized service content provision,focus on accurate service information support,standardized and transparent service data presentation,The design strategy of promoting the co-creation of collaborative service value integrates tangible app application products with intangible service concepts,improves the service efficiency of museums,promotes the dissemination and protection of Great Wall culture,and provides reference for museum app design.
