摘要
随着“一带一路”的深入推进,加快了共建“一带一路”各国经济的繁荣与发展,所覆盖的语言范围大部分是小语种,小语种人才的需求与日倍增,掀起了小语种的学习高潮。基于此,本文以“一带一路”为视角,采用SCL-90对小语种专业大学生心理健康状况进行问卷调查。结果显示,小语种专业大学生存在不同程度的心理健康问题,心理健康水平低。据此结果,提出建立常态化心理健康动态测评制度,构建多样化心理健康服务体系,开展特色化小语种活动,加强专业化心理健康教育队伍建设,开展精准化心理帮扶,提升小语种专业大学生心理健康水平,更好地为“一带一路”培养高素质的小语种人才。
With the deepening of"the Belt and Road Initiative",the economic prosperity and development of countries along the route have been accelerated.Most of the languages covered are minority languages.Based on this,this paper takes"the Belt and Road Initiative"as a perspective,and uses SCL-90 to conduct a questionnaire survey on the mental health status of college students majoring in minority languages.The results show that college students majoring in minority languages have different degrees of mental health problems,and the level of mental health is low.Based on the results,it is proposed to establish a normalized mental health dynamic assessment system,build a diversified mental health service system,carry out special minority language activities,strengthen the construction of professional mental health education teams,carry out precise psychological assistance,improve the quality of college students majoring in minority languages and better cultivate high-quality minority languages talents for"the Belt and Road Initiative".
