肉桂酸酯类防晒剂合成研究进展

摘要 过多的阳光紫外线照射人体皮肤会导致各种皮肤病,研究发现肉桂酸酯类物质对紫外线辐射具有良好的吸收效果,各种肉桂酸酯类物质被应用于化学防晒领域。文章综述了国内外关于肉桂酸酯类化学防晒剂的合成进展,介绍了4-甲氧基肉桂酸-2-乙基己酯,4-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯,奥克立林三种常用防晒剂的合成方法,以及国内外学者结合肉桂酸酯类独特的紫外线吸收特性,对其结构进行修饰和改性,形成良好的防晒改性产品的相关研究报道,分别讨论了不同肉桂酸酯类防晒产品的工艺路线和优缺点并对其提出展望。 Excessive sunlight ultraviolet radiation on human skin can lead to various skin diseases,research has found that cinnamate substances have a good absorption effect on ultraviolet radiation,various cinnamate substances are used in the field of chemical sunscreen.This paper reviews the synthesis progress of cinnamate chemical sunscreen at home and abroad,introduces the synthesis methods of 4-methoxycinnamate-2-ethylhexyl ester,4-methoxycinnamate isoamyl ester and ocriline three common sunscreen agents,as well as the modification and modification of the structure of cinnamate by domestic and foreign scholars combined with the unique UV absorption characteristics.The related research reports on the formation of good modified sunscreen products were discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of different cinnamate sunscreen products were discussed and their prospects were put forward.
