摘要
当前,医院管理面临转型——财务传统核算分析向业务价值管理转型,传统人员岗位管理向人力资源价值管理转型,传统数据统计核算向业务流程治理转型,传统碎片化管理向价值协同管理转型。对此,需要从学科体系、评价体系、动能体系三个维度,构建医院价值管理体系;聚焦学科并形成共识,变革重塑管理职能,完善动能支撑体系,持续不断地实现价值创造,发挥管理本身的价值。
At present,there have been some important transformations in hospital management,including the transformation from traditional accounting analysis to business value management in the finance department,the transformation from traditional position management to human resource value management in the human resources management department,the transformation from traditional data statistical accounting to business process governance in the information management department,and the transformation from traditional fragmented management to value collaborative management in the hospital management system.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a hospital value management system from three dimensions:disciplinary system,evaluation system,and kinetic energy system.We should focus on disciplines and form consensus,transform and reshape management functions,improve the driving force support system,continuously achieve value creation,and play the value of management.
