摘要
目的:探讨对胃癌围术期患者应用Orem自理理论人文关怀护理的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年2月江苏省中医院收治的胃癌围术期患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各30例。参照组应用常规护理,研究组应用Orem自理理论人文关怀护理。比较两组患者癌痛评分、心理痛苦评分、情绪管理评分及依从性。结果:护理后,两组患者癌痛评分、心理痛苦评分均降低,研究组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组乐观、自强、心理弹性、坚韧、面对评分高于参照组,屈服及回避评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,研究组患者Frankl依从性量表评分高于护理前,研究组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对胃癌围术期患者给予Orem自理理论人文关怀护理干预,可改善患者疼痛及心理痛苦程度,提高情绪管理效果及依从性,效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of Orem self-care theory humanistic care nursing in patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period.Methods:A total of 60 patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.These patients were divided into reference group and study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing and the study group received Orem self-care theory humanistic care nursing.The cancer pain score,psychological pain score,emotional management score and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the cancer pain score and psychological pain score in the two groups were reduced,and the scores in the study group were lower those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of optimism,self-strengthening,mental resilience,tenacity,and face in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the scores of submission and avoidance in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of Frankl compliance scale in the study groups were increased,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Orem self-care theory humanistic care nursing intervention in patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period can ameliorate the degree of pain and psychological pain of patients,improve the emotional management effect and compliance,and achieve remarkable effects.
