摘要
目的 探讨基于奥瑞姆(Orem)自理理论的护理模式对慢性胃炎患者自护能力和生活质量的影响。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月期间中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的82例慢性胃炎患者作为本研究对象,根据患者入院时间进行分组,2021年1—12月期间进行护理干预的患者为参照组,2022年1-12月期间进行护理干预的患者为研究组,每组各41例患者,其中参照组开展常规护理干预,研究组开展基于Orem自理理论的护理模式。对比两组患者自我护理能力、依从性及生活质量。结果 研究组患者总依从性为95.12%,高于参照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.248,P<0.05);护理干预后,研究组健康知识水平、自护概念、自护责任感及自护技能评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后两组生活质量评分均升高,且研究组生活质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性胃炎患者实施基于Orem自理理论的护理模式,能取得更为理想的护理效果,提升患者的自我护理能力及依从性,进而提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing mode based on Orem self-care theory on self-care ability and quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to the 73rd Group Military Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2021 to December 2022 were se-lected as the subjects of this study.Patients were grouped according to the time of admission.Patients receiving nursing intervention from January to December 2021 were the reference group,and those receiving nursing intervention from January to December 2022 were the study group,with 41 patients in each group.The reference group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the study group carried out nursing mode based on Orem self-care theory.Self-care ability,compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance of the study group was 95.12%,which was higher than that of the reference group(75.61%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.248,P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of health knowledge level,self-care con-cept,self-care responsibility and self-care skills in the study group were all higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the quality of life score of both groups increased,and the study group's quality of life score was higher than that of the reference group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing mode based on Orem self-care theory for patients with chronic gastritis can achieve more ideal nursing effect,improve patients'self-care ability and compliance,and thus improve the quality of life.
