摘要
目的探讨家庭医生签约服务模式在0~3岁儿童健康管理中的应用。方法选取2021年1月至12月于广州市花都区秀全社区卫生服务中心接受儿童保健服务的150名0~3岁儿童进行回顾性分析,按照不同保健措施分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例。对照组接受常规社区健康管理,观察组接受家庭医生签约服务模式。比较两组生长发育情况,支气管炎、肺炎、腹泻患病情况及计划疫苗接种情况。结果干预后,观察组生长发育情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组支气管炎、肺炎、腹泻患病次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组计划免疫接种率、接种及时率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭医生签约服务模式在0~3岁儿童健康管理中的应用可促进儿童生长发育,减少儿童常见病的发生,提高计划免疫接种率和接种及时率。
Objective To investigate the application of family doctor contract service model in the health management of 0-3 year old children.Methods A total of 150 children aged 0 to 3 years who received child health care service in Xiuquan Community Health Service Center of Huadu District of Guangzhou City from January to December 2021 were selected for retrospective analysis.According to different health care measures,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine community health management,and the observation group received family doctor contract service model.The growth and development,the incidence of bronchitis,pneumonia,diarrhea and planned vaccination were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the growth and development of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of bronchitis,pneumonia and diarrhea in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The planned immunization coverage rate and vaccination timeliness rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family doctor contract service model in the health management of 0-3 years old children can promote the growth and development of children,reduce the occurrence of common diseases,and improve the rate of planned immunization coverage and timely vaccination.
