急倾斜采空区上覆公路稳定性评价方法研究

摘要 科学准确地评估采空区地表移动变形值对公路运营安全十分重要。由于矿体与煤层的离散性质不同,对于急倾斜采空区上覆公路地表沉降变形预测,提出经验公式计算要乘以不充分系数来预测最大下沉值,然后将该值代入皮尔森Ⅲ型函数进行最终沉降预测,得出结果与原结果和概率积分法计算结果进行了比较验证。结果表明:采用皮尔森Ⅲ型函数对不同覆岩类型的采空区地表沉降最大值预测结果相比原数据误差仅在10%以内,且相比概率积分法其结果准确性更高,其沉降曲线更贴近急倾斜采空区变形形状。另外,提出了该函数可以结合概率积分法进行3D预测,对比概率积分法3D预测,其结果也将更准确。将该预测法应用于某急倾斜采空区上覆公路工程中,依靠MATLAB编程计算,得出了8号横断面区域不稳定,6、4、7、19号面基本稳定,可分别采取注浆、留设矿柱法予以治理。研究成果可为以后急倾斜矿层开采的稳定性评价和治理提供重要参考。 Scientific and accurate assessment of the surface movement deformation value of the mining hollow area is very important for the safety of highway operation.Due to the different discrete nature of the ore body and coal seam,for the prediction of surface settlement and deformation of the overlying highway in sharply inclined mining airspace,it is proposed that the empirical formula calculation should be multiplied by the insufficiency coefficient to predict the maximum subsidence value,and then the value is substituted into the Pearson type Ⅲ function for the prediction of the final settlement,and the derived result is verified by comparing with the original result and the result of the calculation by the probability integral method.The results show that the prediction of the maximum subsidence value of the surface of different overburden types of the mining area using the Pearson type Ⅲ function is only within 10% error compared with the original data.Compared with the probability integral method,the accuracy of the results is higher,and the subsidence curves are closer to the deformation shape of the sharply tilted mining area.In addition,it is proposed that the function can be combined with the probability integral method for 3D prediction,and the results will be more accurate compared with the probability integral method for 3D prediction.Finally,the prediction method is applied to the overlying highway project of a sharply inclined mining area.It is concluded that the No.8 cross-section area is unstable,and the No.6,4,7,19,and No.1 faces are basically stable,which can be treated by grouting and leaving pillars,respectively.The research results will provide an important reference for the stability evaluation and management of future sharp inclined mining.
