摘要
以329名中小学教师为调查对象,采用包容型领导量表、工作绩效量表、心理安全感量表和核心自我评价量表考察包容型领导对中小学教师工作绩效的影响机制。结果表明:包容型领导正向影响中小学教师工作绩效,心理安全感中介包容型领导与中小学教师工作绩效的关系;核心自我评价调节了心理安全感在包容型领导与中小学教师工作绩效之间的间接作用。研究结果从社会交换理论和自我决定理论的视角揭示了包容型领导对中小学教师工作绩效的影响,以及心理安全感的中介作用和核心自我评价的调节作用,为提高学校领导的管理效率以及提升中小学教师工作绩效提供了实证依据。
This study investigates the impact mechanism of inclusive leadership on the job performance of 329 primary and secondary school teachers,utilizing measures such as the Inclusive Leadership Scale,Job Performance Scale,Psychological Safety Scale,and Core Self-Evaluation Scale.The results indicate that inclusive leadership positively influences the job performance of primary and secondary school teachers,with psychological safety mediating the relationship between inclusive leadership and job performance.Core self-evaluation moderates the indirect effect of psychological safety on the relationship between inclusive leadership and job performance.From the perspectives of social exchange theory and self-determination theory,the research findings reveal the influence of inclusive leadership on the job performance of primary and secondary school teachers,highlighting the mediating role of psychological safety and the moderating role of core self-evaluation.This study provides empirical evidence for enhancing the managerial efficiency of school leadership and improving the job performance of primary and secondary school teachers.
