摘要
回顾从“真实性”理念到“活态遗产”的发展,认为历史街区真实的传统生活是遗产价值的源泉之一,也是最可贵的真实性。通过分析国内实践认为,国内活态遗产实践仍有不足,存在着传统生活外迁的问题。历史街区传统生活包含着遗产的不可见价值,街区活力流失是目前的潜在矛盾。由云南本土案例分析指出,传统集市场所的被迫迁移是街区活力流失的一个重要原因。最后总结传统城镇“活态遗产”的街区发展途径:应接纳传统生活多样性,发挥集市行为混杂的活力,延续传统技艺并秉持以人为本的管理机制,从而实现遗产和相关群体的全面发展。
Looking back at the development from the concept of"Authenticity"to"Living Heritage",it is believed that the authentic traditional life of historical blocks is one of the sources of heritage value,which is the most valuable authenticity.Through analyzing domestic practices,this paper finds that there are still deficiencies in the practice of living heritage in China,especially the problem of the relocation of traditional life.The traditional life in historical neighborhoods contains the invisible value of heritage,and the loss of vitality in the neighborhoods is a potential problem at present.According to the analysis of local cases in Yunnan,the forced relocation of traditional marketplaces is an important reason for the loss of vitality in the neighborhood.Finally,the development path of"Living Heritage"in traditional urban blocks is summarized:accepting the diversity of traditional life,unleashing the vitality of complex market behaviors,conserving traditional skills,and adhering to a people-oriented management mechanism,to achieve comprehensive development of heritage and related groups.
