海洋非粘结柔性管道结构设计分析

摘要 在海洋油气资源开采过程中,管道是最主要的运输方式。非粘结柔性管道由金属层和聚合物层构成,具有优越的力学性能和可设计性,因此在深水油气资源开发中扮演着关键的输运装备之一。但是在结构设计中仍存在一些问题,影响管道的整体质量,同时限制海洋石油开发的安全和高效进行。旨在分析海洋非粘结柔性管道结构设计中的问题,并提出相应的解决方案,以推动海洋工程技术的创新发展。 In the process of offshore oil and gas resource extraction,pipelines are the most important mode of transportation.Non bonded flexible pipelines are composed of metal and polymer layers,which have superior mechanical properties and designability.Therefore,they play a crucial role in the development of deepwater oil and gas resources as transportation equipment.However,there are still some issues in the structural design that affect the overall quality of the pipeline and limit the safety and efficiency of offshore oil development.This article aims to analyze the problems in the design of non bondedflexible pipeline structures in the ocean and propose corresponding solutions to promote the innovative development of ocean engineering technology.
