1例机械循环装置辅助CHIP病人行冠状动脉内旋磨术的围术期护理

摘要 总结1例机械循环装置辅助复杂高危具有介入治疗指征病人(CHIP)行冠状动脉内旋磨术的护理配合经验。护理要点包括导管室仪器设备合理布局,术中密切配合医生完成体外膜肺氧合、主动脉球囊反搏的建立以及冠状动脉内旋磨术的配合,做好手术相关并发症观察与护理、目标导向抗凝管理、精准水化与循环容量管理、清醒镇痛护理。术后体外膜肺氧合脱机并转入心脏重症医学科,术后第1天病人主动脉球囊反搏脱机并转入冠心病病房,术后第4天康复出院。
