摘要
人工智能代表着新的生产力和新的发展方向。智能生产力是马克思主义生产力理论的创新发展,是人工智能作为时代主导性技术与社会生产深度融合的产物,是人类为了实现自我解放而不断深化对自然力运用的结果。作为一种新质生产力,智能生产力具有以人工智能生产力要素化为引擎的先进性,以生产力要素智能化为依托的快速迭代性,满足多样发展需求的普惠性,使各领域联系日益紧密的通约性,推动人类持续发展的绿色性。智能生产力是适应社会化大生产的新质态的生产力。解放和发展智能生产力,要深刻认识加强人工智能新型基础设施建设的重要意义,坚持以习近平关于新质生产力重要论述为指导,以实现高质量发展为主线,以培养规模宏大的创造性劳动阶层为抓手,以突破人工智能技术为核心动力,以构建风险防范体系为保障。
Artificial intelligence represents a new productivity and a new development direction.Intelligent productivity represents innovative development of Marxist productivity theory,and it is the product of deep integration of artificial intelligence as the dominant technology of the times and social production,as well as the result of human beings deepening the application of natural forces in order to achieve self-emancipation.As a new quality productivity,intelligent productivity is advanced in its nature by using artificial intelligence productivity elements as the engine,and it iterates rapidly relying on the intelligence of productivity elements,so as to universally meet diversified development needs,generally make connections in various fields increasingly closer,and promote sustainable human development in a green manner.Intelligent productivity is a new quality productivity that adapts to the socialized large-scale production.To liberate and develop intelligent productivity,we must deeply understand the significance of strengthening the construction of new artificial intelligence infrastructure,adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping's important remarks on new quality productivity,take the realization of high-quality development as the main line,the cultivation of a large-scale creative labor class as the starting point and the breakthroughs in artificial intelligence technology as the core driving force,and gain guarantee by building a risk prevention system.
