Incentive Mechanism for Carbon Reduction in Prefabricated Steel Structure Building Smart Factory

摘要 “双碳”目标下,装配式钢结构建筑在节能减排方面有着显著优势,以智慧工厂信息化技术为载体,提出政府与装配式钢结构智慧工厂间的“激励—努力”博弈模型,运用博弈理论和激励理论分析双方在降碳行为中付出与收益的博弈演化过程,并在此基础上运用Matlab软件进行仿真模拟研究企业转型成本、碳排放费用、政府补贴系数等因素对博弈策略的影响。结果表明:提升政府的初始意愿更有利于激励企业;政府适当提高补贴系数,对促进企业实现降碳转型有着显著作用,但是不同企业对政府激励的敏感性不同。因此政府在制定政策时应注重控制补贴的力度,从而制定灵活的激励政策达到社会效益最大化的目标。 Under the goal of"double carbon",prefabricated steel structure buildings have significant advantages in energy conservation and emission reduction.This article takes the information technology of smart factories as the carrier and proposes an"incentive effort"game model between the government and prefabricated steel structure manufacturing enterprises.Game theory and incentive theory are used to analyze the game evolution process of the efforts and benefits of both parts in carbon reduction behavior.Based on this,Matlab software is used to simulate and study the impact of factors such as enterprise transformation costs,carbon emissions costs,and government subsidy coefficients on the game strategy.The results show that improving the initial willingness of the government is more conducive to encouraging enterprises;The government's appropriate increase of subsidy coefficient plays a significant role in promoting enterprises to achieve carbon reduction transformation,but different enterprises have different sensitivity to government incentives.Therefore,the government should pay attention to the control of subsidies when formulating policies,so as to formulate flexible incentive policies to maximize social benefits.
