基于Workbench的幕墙行业卡扣凸包成形力分析

摘要 幕墙行业的卡扣凸包成形是将金属板材进行冲压成形的工艺,其合适的成形力参数对提高工件成形质量和高生产效率具有重要意义。本文首先进行材料性能试验,通过测量获得材料的应力应变曲线及其力学性能参数,为后续的仿真分析提供了基础数据。然后,通过万能试验机对试制的模具进行不同压紧距离下的成形力大小测试,试验结果表明,成形力的大小对金属板材的成形质量有着重要影响。为了进一步验证试验结果,基于Workbench仿真软件进行了模拟分析。通过仿真分析,预测出不同成形力参数下金属板材的应力分布和变形情况,通过与试验数据进行对比分析,进一步验证了仿真的准确性与可行性。同时为后期不同墙板卡扣规格的成形载荷分析以及选型奠定基础。 The buckle convex forming in the interior curtain wall industry is achieved by stamping and forming metal plates.Appropriate forming force parameters have important guiding significance for improving the quality of workpiece forming and high production efficiency.Firstly,this article conducted material performance tests and obtained the stress-strain curves and mechanical performance parameters of the material through measurement,providing basic data for subsequent simulation analysis.Then,a universal testing machine was used to test the forming force of the trial produced mold under different compression distances.The test results showed that the size of the forming force has a significant impact on the forming quality of the metal sheet.In order to further validate the experimental results,the forming process was simulated using Workbench simulation software.Through simulation analysis,the stress distribution and deformation of metal sheets under different forming force parameters were predicted.By comparing and analyzing with experimental data,the accuracy and feasibility of the simulation were further verified.At the same time,it lays the foundation for the analysis of the forming load of different wall panel buckle specifications and the selection of machine tool pneumatic equipment in the later stage.
