局部激光热处理对DP1180双相钢成形性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同激光加工参数对DP1180双相钢试样进行局部激光热处理,研究该加工工艺对双相钢成形性能的改善影响。结果表明,当激光加工温度为650~700℃时,试样塑性得到明显改善,伸长率从5%提高至17.4%左右,最大软化程度可达30%以上。通过对比分析模拟及由试验测得的双相钢中心位置的温度变化曲线,验证了激光热处理数值计算模型的合理性以及积分球测激光吸收率的准确性。 Local laser heat treatment was carried out on DP1180 dual phase steel under different laser processing parameters in order to study the effect of improving the formability of DP1180. The results show that, when the laser processing temperature ranges between 650 ℃-700 ℃, the plasticity of DP1180 is significantly improved, the elongation can be increased from 5% to about 17.4%, and the maximum extent of softening is up to 30%. The accuracy of the numerical model of the laser heat treatment and the laser absorption rate measured by the integrating sphere are verified by comparative analysis of the temperature curve of the simulation results and the experimental results.
