摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提高出院哮喘患儿雾化吸入用药依从性中的应用价值。方法成立品管圈活动小组,运用品管圈方法,对出院哮喘患儿雾化吸入用药依从性不佳的原因进行分析,针对要因制定并实施相应的对策,分析品管圈活动实施的效果。结果通过开展品管圈活动,出院哮喘患儿雾化吸入用药依从性由44.6%上升到79.5%,目标达成率为105.8%,目标进步率为78.3%。结论通过品管圈活动,对哮喘患儿开展药学服务,可提高出院哮喘患儿雾化吸入用药依从性及家长满意度,有助于促进医-药-护三方协作,提高哮喘的控制率。
Objective To explore the application value of quality control circle activities in improving the compliance of aerosol inhalation medication in discharged asthmatic children.Methods A quality control circle activity group was established to analyze the causes of poor compliance of aerosol inhalation medication in discharged asthma children by using the quality control circle method,formulate and implement corresponding countermeasures according to the major causes,and explore the implementation effect of quality control circle activities.Results The compliance of aerosol inhalation medication among discharged asthma children increased from 44.6%to 79.5%by carrying out quality control circle activities.The target achievement rate was 105.8%,and the target improvement rate was 78.3%.Conclusion Through quality control circle activities,pharmaceutical care was provided to children with asthma,which improved the compliance of aerosol inhalation medication of them,improved the satisfaction of parents,and contributed to promoting the tripartite coordination of Doctors,pharmacists and nurses,and improved the control rate of asthma.
