摘要
目的探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合丹参饮联合新型体外反搏对痰瘀互结证不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UA)的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2022年3月医院心血管内科收治的痰瘀互结证不稳定型心绞痛患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组采用常规西药治疗+新型体外反搏治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗的基础上接受瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合丹参饮联合新型体外反搏治疗,观察并比较两组患者临床治疗效果、心绞痛改善情况、中医证候积分、不良反应发生情况、血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)及内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)水平。结果(1)治疗后,观察组治疗有效率明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组患者心绞痛改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)治疗后,观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(5)治疗后,两组患者NO及ET-1水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对痰瘀互结证UA实施瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合丹参饮联合新型体外反搏治疗,患者心绞痛症状得到显著改善,提高了临床治疗效果,降低不良反应的发生率,安全可靠。
Objective Toexplore the effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction(瓜蒌薤白半夏汤)and(丹参饮)combined with new external counterpulsation on unstable angina pectoris(UA)of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,60 patients with UA with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),and then given different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine+new-type external counterpulsation,and the observation group was treated with Gualou Xiebaixia Decoction and Danshen Yin combined with new-type external counterpulsation on the basis of conventional western medicine.The clinical therapeutic effect,angina pectoris improvement,TCM symptom scores,adverse reactions and the serum levels of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results(1)After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).(2)The improvement of angina pectoris in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,the TCM symptom score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).(5)After treatment,the levels of NO and ET-1 in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For UA with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,Gualou Xiebaixia Decoction and Danshen Yin combined with new external counterpulsation therapy can significantly relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,reducethe incidence of adverse reactions and guarantee the safety.
