摘要
了解以家庭用药为导向,社区药师在糖尿病慢性病干预中的作用。通过动态随机化方式将100例2型糖尿病患者分成两组,观察组和对照组各50例患者。对照组给予普通的药物治疗,观察组进行社区药师的用药指导,对比两组患者干预效果。结果显示,观察组患者的饮食、用药、运动、血糖监测依从性均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SF-36、满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,社区药师在糖尿病慢性病干预中作用明显,可改善患者的生存质量,提高患者满意度,值得推广。
To understand the role of community pharmacists in the intervention of chronic diseases of diabetes based on family medication.Through dynamic randomization,100 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups,50 patients in the observation group and 50 patients in the control group.The control group received regular medication treatment,while the observation group received medication guidance from community pharmacists,and the intervention effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the dietary,medication,exercise,and blood glucose monitoring compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The SF-36 and satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that community pharmacists play an important role in the intervention of chronic diseases of diabetes,which can improve the quality of life of patients and improve patient satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
