摘要
目的了解糖尿病患者用药现状及血糖控制情况。方法采用单纯随机抽样法,从基层医院中选取2型糖尿病患者491例,统计患者的一般资料、合并症及加入扬州市某医联体前后药物治疗、血糖控制等情况。结果患者男女比例相当(48.68%比51.32%),平均年龄牗65.25±10.21牘岁;合并症以0~2种居多,其中0种111例(22.61%),1种168例(34.22%),2种139例(28.31%),主要病种有高血压(129例,26.27%),脑梗死(83例,16.90%),冠心病(59例,12.02%);降糖药使用率由81.06%升至96.74%,其中胰岛素使用率由29.33%升至69.65%;治疗后,患者平均空腹血糖值由牗11.43±3.62牘mmol/L降至牗6.98±1.34牘mmol/L,平均餐后血糖值由牗16.80±4.52牘mmol/L降至牗10.25±2.35牘mmol/L。结论该医联体内基层医院2型糖尿病患者的血糖初始控制不佳,调整治疗方案后血糖控制效果明显改善。
Objective To understand the drug use and the blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes tmellius(TDM)imbasic hospitals of the medical consortium in a hospital in Yangzhou.Methods Totally 491 patients with T2DM were selected from thebasic hospitals by the simple random sampling method.Tlhe general data,complication diseases,drng treatment and bood glucose controlbefore and after joining the medical consortium in Yangzhou were analyzed.Results The proportion of male and female patients wassimilar(48.68%rs.51.32%),and the average age was(65.25±10.21)years old.Most patients had 0-2 kinds of complication dis-eases,including 1ll cases(22.61%)without other diseases,168 cases(34.22%)of a complication disease,139 cases(28.31%)of twocomplication diseases.The main diseases were hypertension(129 cases,26.27%),cerebral infarction(83 cases,16.90%),coronary heartdisease(59 cases,12.02%).The utilization rate of hypoglycemic drugs increased from 81.06%to 96.74%6,of which the use rate of insulin inceased from 29.33%to 69.65%.After treatment,the average fasting blood glucose decreased from(11.43±3.62)mmol/L to(6.98±1.34)mmo/L,and the average postprandial blood glucose decreased from(16.80+4.52)mmol/L to(10.25±2.35)mmol/L.Conclusion The Hood glucose in patients with T2DM in hasic hospitals of the medical consortum in a hospital in Yangzhou waspoorly controlledl.However,the Hood glucose control of patients with T2DM in the medical consortium was improved significantly afteradjusting the treatment plan.
