摘要
对35m、40m和45m三种跨度的节段拼装简支梁方案进行设计比选,对比了高强钢束和普通钢束的设计结果。结果表明,在节段预制拼装梁中使用高强钢束可以产生良好的经济实用价值,具有减小梁部腹板厚度、降低混凝土用量、减少预制节段分段数量、方便施工的优点。同时,在掌握工程基本情况的基础上,从结构形式、结构计算、梁场预制、构件运输、现场架设等方面出发,分析了节段预制拼装简支梁的设计与建造要点。
The scheme of segmental assembling simple supported beams with three spans of 35 m,40 m and 45 m is designed and selected,and the design results of high strength steel bundles and ordinary steel bundles are compared.The results show that the use of high-strength steel beams in segmental prefabricated beams can produce good economic and practical value,and has the advantages of reducing the thickness of trabecularweb,reducing the amount of concrete,reducing the number of prefabricated segments and facilitating construction.At the same time,on the basis of mastering the basic situation of the project,the key points of the design and construction of segmental prefabricated simple supported beams are analyzed from the aspects of structural form,structural calculation,prefabrication in beam yard,transport of components and erection on site.
