摘要
目的探讨急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病(DEACMP)患者应用依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗对其认知、心理状态、生活能力的影响。方法于2021年8月~2022年8月采集病例资料入档,对象为医院收治的DEACMP患者,共计纳入70例,基于“随机数字表法”分组,组别为对照组(应用依达拉奉治疗)与观察组(应用依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗),各组35例;观察对比两组认知功能及生理能力、焦虑抑郁程度、精神状态。结果干预后,两组蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表(MoCA)、运动功能量表(FMA)评分均升高,且观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分均降低,且观察组评分更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分均显著下降,且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论对DEACMP患者应用依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗,可有效改善患者认知功能并提高生活能力,消除焦虑抑郁情绪,改善精神状态。
Objective To explore the effects of edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cognitive,psychological,and life abilities in patients with delayed encephalopathy caused by acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP).Method Case data were collected and recorded from August 2021 to August 2022,with a total of 70 DEACMP patients admitted to the hospital.They were divided into a control group(treated with edaravone)and an observation group(treated with edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen)using a"random number table"method,with 35 cases in each group;Observe and compare cognitive function,physiological ability,anxiety and depression levels,and mental state between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of the Montreal Cognitive Function Assessment(MoCA)and Motor Function Assessment(FMA)in both groups increased,and the observation group had a higher score than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and the 17 Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)decreased in both groups,and the observation group had lower scores(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)scores of both groups significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in DEACMP patients can effectively improve their cognitive function and enhance their ability to live,actively eliminate anxiety and depression,and improve their mental state.
