摘要
目的探讨特定认知行为技术对中重度抑郁症住院患者的效果。方法选取2019年4月~2020年8月医院收治的124例中重度抑郁症住院患者分2组。对照组采用基础药物配合心理治疗,试验组在药物治疗基础上采用特定认知行为技术治疗。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评价抑郁情绪、可重复的成套神经心理状态测量评价神经心理状态、中文版治疗自我调节问卷评价自我接纳程度,并观察不良反应。结果两组HAMD评分均逐渐降低(P<0.05),且治疗后试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组减分率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组神经心理状态、自我接纳程度评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论特定认知行为技术治疗中重度抑郁效果良好。
Objective To explore the application effect of specific cognitive behavioral techniques in inpatients with moderate to severe depression.Methods A total of 124 inpatients with moderate to severe depression admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to August 2020 were divided intotwo groups.The control group was given basic medication combined with psychotherapy,while the experiment group was given specific cognitive behavioral treatment another.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate depression moods,repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status was used to evaluate the neuropsychological state,and Chinese version of therapeutic self-regulation questionnaire was used to evalute the self-acceptance.The adverse reactions were observed.Results The HAMD scores of both groups gradually decreased(P<0.05),and after treatment,those of the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the score reduction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of neuropsychological status and self-acceptance in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Specific cognitive behavioral techniques in moderate to severe depression has good effect.
