摘要
弧段环形零件是典型的难加工结构件,文章对弧段环形零件的数控铣削加工方法进行了全面的分析,详细论述了弧段环形零件的结构特点及定位装夹方法。同时针对弧段环形零件铣削加工中存在的各种问题提出了相应的工艺措施,重点对弧段环形零件的加工零点设置进行了分析,为弧段环形零件的数控铣削加工质量提升提供了依据。
Arc ring parts are typical difficult-to-machine structural parts.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis of the NC milling processing method of arc ring parts is carried out,and the structural characteristics and positioning and clamping methods of arc ring parts are discussed in detail.At the same time,corresponding technological measures are put forward in view of various problems existing in the milling of arc-segment annular parts,focusing on the analysis of the machining zero point setting of arc-segment annular parts,which provides a basis for the improvement of CNC milling machining quality of arc-segment annular parts.
