摘要
针对星用压力容器封头数控加工的误差,对封头加工流程中的各环节进行研究。通过增加去应力工序完善工艺流程,内控加严封头内球面及胎具的装配精度,优化加工刀具及切削用量,补偿数控加工过程中的刀尖圆弧磨损等措施,减小了加工过程中的误差,加工的产品满足了要求。
Considering the NC processing errors of satellite pressure vessel head plate,the whole machining process is analyzed in this paper.To reduce the processing errors,several measures are taken,such as adding destressing procedure,internally controlling assembly accuracy of internal spherical surface and clamping fixtures,optimizing machining tools and cutting parameters,and compensating tool arc wear.Finally,the products meet all requirements.
