摘要
为解决软弱煤岩复合顶板巷道在掘进过程中围岩变形大,锚杆、锚索等支护构件易失效,很难正常使用等难题,以某矿16404运输巷为工程背景,运用理论分析、数值模拟与现场实测等方法对其进行深入研究。研究表明,16404运输巷失稳破坏主要是由于软弱煤岩复合顶板不稳定,易发生变形和离层,且巷道断面斜顶矩形受力呈非对称性,易从巷道两肩破坏,从而造成巷道失稳破坏。针对这些问题,进行了巷道断面形状和支护方案的优化设计。通过现场应用和监测数据的分析,表明,巷道围岩变形和破坏程度小,可以有效地提高巷道的稳定性和安全性。
In order to solve the problems such as large deformation of surrounding rock,easy failure of bolts,anchor cables and other supporting components,and difficult to use normally during the excavation process of soft coal rock composite roof roadways,the No.16404 transportation roadway of a coal mine was taken as the engineering background,and the method of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement was used to deeply study it.The study shows that the instability and failure of the No.16404 transportation roadway is mainly due to the unstable roof of weak coal and rock,which is prone to deformation and separation,and the rectangular force of inclined roof of roadway section is asymmetric,which is easy to be damaged from both shoulders of roadway,thus causing the instability and failure of roadway.In response to these issues,optimization design was carried out for the shape of the roadway cross-section and support scheme.Through on-site application and analysis of monitoring data,it is shown that the deformation and damage degree of the surrounding rock in the roadway is small,which can effectively improve the stability and safety of the roadway.
