摘要
食品小作坊生产操作缺乏规范,从业人员素质不高,因此食品安全风险隐患突出。本文分析了平凉市食品生产加工小作坊监管的存在的问题,提出了加强监管的对策,以期提升平凉市食品生产加工小作坊的监管水平,消除食品安全隐患。
The production operation of small food workshops lacks standardization,and the quality of practitioners is not high,so the hidden food safety risks are prominent.This paper analyzes the problems in the supervision of small food production and processing workshops in Pingliang city,and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen supervision,with a view to improving the supervision level of small food production and processing workshops in Pingliang city and eliminating food safety risks.
