摘要
我国食品摊贩和小餐饮数量巨大,分布广泛。2015年修订的《食品安全法》对食品摊贩等不要求其必须取得食品经营许可,授权各省(自治区、直辖市)制定具体管理办法。截至2017年5月底,已有23个省(自治区、直辖市)出台了食品摊贩、小餐饮监管法规,本文对其进行详细的梳理和总结,为地方政府对食品摊贩和小餐饮的监督管理提供参考。
There is a huge number of food vendors and small-scale caterings widely distributed in China. According to The Food Safety Law revised in 2015,the specific food license is not necessary for food vendors,while local governments are authorized to legalization. Until May 2017,23 provinces( autonomous regions and municipalities) have issued legalization of food vendors and small-scale caterings. Detailed summary of the legalization is essential to the information exchange among local administrations in order to provide reference for the supervision and management of food vendors and small-scale caterings.
