摘要
本文以重庆市开州区储备粮有限公司为研究对象,分析了企业生产管理现状,指出企业在粮食储备和加工生产管理中存在的问题,然后围绕上述问题针对性地提出加强企业生产管理的对策,并强调数字技术将全面赋能粮食储备和加工,有助于促进粮食行业安全、可持续、高质量发展。
This paper takes Chongqing Kaizhou District Grain Reserve Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyzes the current situation of enterprise production management,secondly,points out the problems in the management of grain reserves and processing production,then puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen enterprise production management around the above problems,and emphasizes that the digital technology will comprehensively empower the grain reserves and processing,which will help to promote the safe,sustainable and high-quality development of the grain industry.
