非布司他对痛风患者骨代谢标志物的影响研究

摘要 目的 探究对痛风患者运用非布司他治疗对其骨代谢标志物的影响。方法 随机选择2021年3月—2022年3月福建中医药大附属第二人民医院收治的100例痛风患者为研究对象,运用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用别嘌醇片治疗,观察组采用非布司他治疗。治疗后,比较两组疗效。结果相比于对照组,观察组治疗12周后血尿酸水平(316.45±85.64)μmol/L、复发率(4.00%)更低,差异有统计学意义(t=11.571,χ^(2)=12.025,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组β-胶原特殊序列(0.55±0.12)ng/mL、甲状旁腺素水平(36.64±0.42)ng/mL低于对照组,血清骨钙素(25.63±10.22)ng/mL、25-羟基维生素D水平(25.34±2.10)ng/mL高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.022、15.326、12.365、10.254,P<0.05)。结论 对痛风患者运用非布司他治疗,可以降低血尿酸水平,促进骨代谢指标得到明显改善,减少疾病的复发。 Objective To investigate the effect of febuxostat treatment on bone metabolic markers in patients with gout.Methods A total of 100 gout patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were di-vided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The con-trol group was treated with allopurinol tablets,and the observation group was treated with febuxostat.After treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with control group,the serum uric acid level(316.45±85.64)μmol/L and recurrence rate(4.00%)in observation group after 12 weeks of treatment were lower,the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=11.571,χ^(2)=12.025,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels ofβ-collagen special se-quence(0.55±0.12)ng/mL,parathyroid hormone(36.64±0.42)ng/mL in observation group were lower than those in control group,serum osteocalcin(25.63±10.22)ng/mL and 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25.34±2.10)ng/mL were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=11.022,15.326,12.365,10.254,P<0.05).Con-clusion The use of febuxoat therapy in gout patients can reduce the level of blood uric acid,promote the bone metabo-lism index to be significantly improved,and reduce the recurrence of disease.
