“三权分置”对农户宅基地退出意愿的影响:权益认知的中介作用和农户营销意识的调节作用

摘要 基于175份数据,以权益认知为中介变量,引入营销意识作为调节变量,进行实证研究,探究三权分置政策实施对农户宅基地退出意愿的影响机制。研究结果表明:三权分置与退出意愿显著正相关,且农户权益认知在影响路径中具有完全中介效应,营销意识在这一影响机制中具有部分调节作用。因此对农村宅基地制度改革提出加快确权颁证进度、加强相关政策宣传、重视农户利益诉求、完善城乡生产要素配置等政策建议。 175 data are analyzed with perception of rights and interests as a mediating variable and marketing awareness as a moderating variable to explore the impact of separation of powers on farmers’willingness to withdrawal from their homesteads.The result shows that the separation of the powers is significantly positive to their willingness to withdrawal from homestead,and that the perception of farmers’rights and interests has a fully mediating effect in the influence path,with marketing awareness playing a partially moderating role in this influence mechanism.Therefore,policy recommendation to the reform of rural homestead is proposed such as speeding up the progress of the confirmation and certification of rights,promoting relevant policies,paying attention to the interests of farmers and improving the allocation of urban and rural production factors.
