摘要
小农户衔接现代农业是实现农业现代化的重要基础。目前,小农户融入现代农业面临诸多挑战,如综合素质不高、生产经营弱势、生产条件不完善等,影响小农户综合生产能力提升,阻碍小农户与现代农业有机衔接。对此,以国家现代农业示范区之一的广东开平市为例,对小农户融入现代农业的困境进行研究,分析现代农业生产要素配置,提出有助于开平小农户有序融入现代农业发展的路径,即政府应大力发展人才战略,完善农业基础设施建设和科技支撑,改善小农户发展环境;新型农业经营主体应多措并举,增强对小农户带动能力;小农户应加强现代农业知识学习,转变农业经营方式,提高对接现代农业能力。
The connection of small farmer households with modern agriculture is an important foundation for realizing agricultural modernization.At present,the integration of small farmer households into modern agriculture is faced with many challenges,such as low comprehensive quality,weak production and management,imperfect production conditions,etc.,which affect the improvement of small farmer households'comprehensive production capacity and hinder the organic connection between small farmer households and modern agriculture.In view of this,taking Kaiping City,Guangdong Province,one of the national modern agricultural demonstration zones,as an example,this paper studies the plight of small farmer households'integration into modern agriculture,and analyzes the allocation of factors of production in modern agriculture,this paper puts forward a path that is helpful for Kaiping small farmer households to integrate into modern agricultural development in an orderly manner:the government should vigorously develop talent strategy,improve agricultural infrastructure construction and scientific and technological support,and improve the development environment of small farmer households.The main body of the new type of agricultural management should take more measures to enhance the ability to guide small farmer households;small farmer households should strengthen the study of modern agricultural knowledge,change the mode of agricultural management,and improve the ability of docking modern agriculture.
