摘要
在分析互联网平台双边市场特征的基础上,将政府监管、市场环境和监管主体纳入监管机制的分析框架。分析来自全国5 610份用户调查数据,结果发现:加强反垄断治理措施能够提高监管的公众感知度,且该影响存在年龄异质性;价格歧视和反垄断治理对于监管公众感知度的作用呈现相互增强效应;企业承担主体责任能够提高监管的公众感知度。
Internet platform regulation has become one of the most important issues for the high-quality development of the digital economy.Based on the analysis of two-sided market characteristics of Internet platforms,government regulation,market environment and regulatory entities are incorporated into the analytical framework of regulatory mechanisms.Through the analysis of 5610 samples of user survey data from China,it is found that:(1)strengthening anti-monopoly governance measures can increase the public perception of regulation,and there is age heterogeneity in this effect;(2)the role of price discrimination and anti-monopoly governance on the public perception of regulation shows a mutually reinforcing effect;and(3)enterprises shouldering the main responsibility can increase the public perception of regulation.
