摘要
通过分析近年来国内外高校就业情况和应用型高校就业工作中的问题,构建应用型高校学生就业指导体系,针对目前高校就业难问题提出解决方案。因此,应用文献归纳法和调查问卷的方法,确定构建就业服务体系的维度和影响因素,从而构建应用型高校就业指导服务体系。
By analyzing the employment situation of domestic and foreign universities in recent years and the problems in the employment work of applied universities,a guidance system for the employment of students in applied universities is constructed,and solutions are proposed to address the current difficulties in employment in universities.Therefore,the methods of literature review and survey questionnaire are applied to determine the dimensions and influencing factors of constructing an employment service system,in order to construct an applied university employment guidance service system.
