摘要
《“健康中国”2030规划纲要》明确指出:到2030年,人民身体素质明显增强,主要健康危险因素得到有效控制。目前,健康中国战略已取得显著成果,但在微观角度上,尚且缺乏有关于人民身体健康现状的实证研究。本文基于沈阳市国民体质监测活动,运用SPSS26.0软件,统计1616份沈阳居民健康数据,分析沈阳居民心肺功能、亚健康以及骨密度现状,丰富健康中国背景下有关人民身体素质的实证基料。研究发现:(1)目前心肺功能呈现“差、较差、一般、良好、优秀”状态的沈阳居民分别占0.9%、5.1%、20.3%、36.6%、37.1%。(2)目前亚健康呈现“亚健康、健康”状态的沈阳居民分别占22.1%、77.9%。(3)目前骨密度呈现“骨质疏松、低骨密度、骨质正常”的沈阳居民分别占0.4%、21.1%、78.5%。可见,目前沈阳居民整体身体健康水平较高,但仍然存在一部分居民身体健康水平较低。
The“Healthy China 2030 Plan”clearly states that by 2030,the people's physical fitness will be significantly enhanced,and the main health risk factors will be effectively controlled.At present,the Healthy China strategy has achieved remarkable results,but from a micro perspective,there is still a lack of empirical research on the current situation of people's health.Based on the national physical fitness monitoring activities in Shenyang,this paper uses SPSS26.0 software to count 1616 health data of Shenyang residents,analyzes the current situation of cardiopulmonary function,sub-health and bone mineral density of Shenyang residents,and enriches the empirical basis of people's physical quality under the background of healthy China.The study found that:(1)Shenyang residents with'poor,poor,general,good,and excellent'cardiopulmonary function accounted for 0.9%,5.1%,20.3%,36.6%,and 37.1%,respectively.(2)At present,22.1%and 77.9%of Shenyang residents are in the state of'sub-health'and'healthy'respectively.(3)At present,Shenyang residents with'osteoporosis,low bone mineral density,and normal bone density'accounted for 0.4%,21.1%,and 78.5%,respectively.It can be seen that the overall health level of Shenyang residents is high,but there are still some residents with low health level.
