摘要
目的探讨慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(简称慢性乙肝)患者心理弹性、应对方式与治疗依从性三者之间的关系,并验证心理弹性在应对方式与治疗依从性之间的中介作用。方法2022年3月—2023年6月,应用方便抽样方法,在吉林省吉林市某两家三甲医院,随机抽取慢性乙肝患者250例,回收有效问卷242份,使用一般资料调查表、Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表、简易应对方式量表、慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗依从性量表对患者进行问卷调查,使用SPSS 26.0软件进行分析。结果慢性乙肝患者心理弹性总得分为(74.10±10.93)分,应对方式总得分为(53.58±4.40)分,治疗依从性总得分为(79.89±12.82)分。慢性乙肝心理弹性与积极应对呈正相关关系(P<0.01),与消极应对呈负相关关系(P<0.01);治疗依从性与心理弹性呈正相关关系(P<0.01);治疗依从性与积极应对呈正相关关系(P<0.01),与消极应对呈负相关关系(P<0.01)。心理弹性对积极应对和治疗依从性起部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的60.40%;心理弹性对消极应对和治疗依从性起部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的16.89%。结论慢性乙肝患者心理弹性、应对方式及治疗依从性具有相关性;应对方式可通过心理弹性的中介作用对慢性乙肝患者治疗依从性产生影响,心理弹性可提高应对方式对慢性乙肝患者治疗依从性的影响。
Objective To explore the relationship among psychological resilience,coping style and treatment compliance in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B(chronic hepatitis B),and to verify the mediating role of psychological resilience between coping style and treatment compliance.Method From March 2022 to June 2023,250 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly selected by applying the convenience sampling method in two tertiary hospitals in Jilin City,Jilin Province,and 242 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the patients were surveyed by using the general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson psychological flexibility scale,simple coping style scale,and chronic hepatitis B patient treatment adherence scale,and analyzed using SPSS26.0 software.Results The total psychological elasticity score of chronic hepatitis B patients was(74.10±10.93),the total coping style score was(53.58±4.40),and the total treatment compliance score was(79.89±12.82).Chronic hepatitis B psychological elasticity was positively correlated with positive coping(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with negative coping(P<0.01);Treatment compliance was positively correlated with psychological elasticity(P<0.01);Treatment compliance was positively correlated with positive coping(P<0.01)and negatively correlated with negative coping(P<0.01).Psychological elasticity partially mediated the effects of positive coping and treatment compliance,with the mediating effect accounting for 60.40%of the total effect;Psychological elasticity partially mediated the effects of negative coping and treatment compliance,with the mediating effect accounting for 16.89%of the total effect.Conclusion Psychological elasticity,coping styles and treatment compliance of chronic hepatitis B patients are correlated;Coping styles can affect treatment compliance of chronic hepatitis B patients through the mediating effect of psychological elasticity,and psychological elasticity can improve the effect of coping styles on treatment compliance of chronic hepatitis
