摘要
目的:探讨现状-背景一评估一建议(SBAR)沟通模式在改善急诊留观患者应对方式及自我效能的效果。方法:连续入选2022年1月-6月安徽省某三级甲等医院急诊留观区的130例患者为研究对象,其中2022年1月-3月的65例留观患者作为对照组,2022年4月一6月的65例留观患者作为观察组。对照组和观察组分别采用急诊科常规护理和SBAR沟通模式。采用简易应对方式量表和一般自我效能量表评估并比较干预前后两组患者的应对方式及自我效能感。结果:干预后,观察组患者的积极应对评分和自我效能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的消极应对评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SBAR沟通模式可有效提高急诊留观区患者的积极应对水平和自我效能感。
Objective:To explore the effect of SBAR communication model on coping style and self-efficacy of emergency patients.Methods:A total of 130 patients in the emergency observation area of a third-class hospital in Anhui Province from January to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,including 65 patients in the observation area from January to March 2022 as the control group and 65 patients in the observation area from April to June 2022 as the observation group.Control group and observation group were treated with emergency department routine nursing and SBAR communication mode,respectively.The coping style and self-efficacy of the two groups before and after intervention were evaluated and compared with the simplified coping style scale and general self-efficacy scale.Results:After intervention,the scores of positive coping and self-efficacy in observation group which were higher than those in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of negative coping in the observation group which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SBAR communication mode can effectively improve the positive coping and selfefficacy of patients in emergency observation area.
