摘要
创新闽南地域性文化元素的应用方法,对营造有地方感的现代闽南餐饮空间具有一定的实践应用价值和应用前景。文章以闽南地域性元素为主线,通过设计实践分析地域性元素在现代餐饮空间中的意象表征、材料选择、氛围烘托、陈设布局等方面的表现形式,提出借鉴闽南建筑的营造布局、闽南元素的视觉转译方式及闽南传统元素的“资源化”再利用等方法,提升现代闽南餐厅空间的文化内涵,为具有地方感的现代闽南餐饮空间设计提供思路。
The innovation of the application method of regional cultural elements in southern Fujian has certain practical application value and application prospect for creating a modern catering space in southern Fujian with a sense of place.Taking regional elements of southern Fujian as the main line,this paper analyzes the expression forms of regional elements in modern dining space through design practice in terms of image representation,material selection,atmosphere enhancement and layout of furnishings,etc.It also sums up innovative application methods such as how to learn from the construction layout of southern Fujian architecture,visual translation methods of southern Fujian elements,and“resource”reuse of traditional elements of southern Fujian.In order to enhance the cultural connotation of modern southern Fujian restaurant space,it provides some ideas for the construction of modern southern Fujian restaurant space with a sense of place.
