摘要
本文介绍了一种无线传感网络婴儿培养箱仪校准装置的研制,主要包括无线温度传感器、湿度传感器、噪声传感器、接收装置及基于LabVIEW的上位机的设计。并采用标准铂电阻温度计、电测设备、恒温槽、精密露点仪、温湿度检定箱、声校准器构建高精度验证系统,对校准装置温度、湿度、噪声性能进行验证。实验证明:测试结果满足JF1260-2018《婴儿培养箱校准规范》标准器的要求。
This paper introduces the development of a wireless sensor network infant incubator calibration device,including wireless temperature sensor,humidity sensor,noise sensor,receiving device and the design of the upper computer based on LabVIEW.The high precision verification system is constructed by using standard platinum re-sistance thermometer,electric measuring equipment,constant temperature tank,precise dew point meter,temperature and humidity verification box,and sound calibrator to verify the temperature,humidity and noise performance of the calibration device.The experimental results showed that the test results met the requirements of the standard of JF 1260-2018"Infant Incubator Calibration Code".
