复发性流产血管生成机制的研究进展

摘要 复发性流产(RSA)在育龄女性中发病率较高,但目前发病机制尚未完全阐明,而血管生成与RSA的发生发展密切相关。血管生成良好在正常妊娠胚胎着床和发育中具有重要作用,而血管生成不平衡可导致RSA。因此,研究RSA的血管生成机制对RSA的预防和治疗具有重要意义。血管生成的作用机制复杂且影响因素众多,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)/VEGF受体、Delta样配体1/Notch、Wnt、Hedgehog等血管生成相关信号通路的异常调节可通过影响血管生成导致不良妊娠结局,但这些信号通路的相互关系仍需未来进一步研究阐明。 The incidence of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)is high in women of childbearing age.The pathogenesis of RSA has not been fully elucidated,and angiogenesis may be closely related to the occurrence and development of RSA.Good angiogenesis plays an important role in the implantation and development of normal pregnancy embryos,and the imbalance of angiogenesis can lead to the development of RSA.Therefore,it is important to study the angiogenesis mechanism of RSA for the prevention and treatment of RSA.The mechanism of angiogenesis is complicated and there are many influencing factors:the abnormal regulation of signaling pathways associated with angiogenesis such as the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)/VEGF receptors,Delta-like ligands 1/Notch,Wnt and Hedgehog etc.can lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes by affecting angiogenesis.However,the relationship between these signal pathways still needs further studies and clarification in the future.
