分化与整合:校地共建式新型研发机构的组织战略 被引量:1

Differentiation and Integration:Organizational Strategies of the University-Government Co-constructed New R&D Institutions

摘要 通过引入混合型组织战略管理的相关理论,以两家典型案例的比较研究为基础,分析了校地共建式新型研发机构应对制度混合问题的组织战略及其战略组合。研究发现,校地共建式新型研发机构主要采取了分化和整合两种基本战略。其中,分化战略有助于组织实现市场的灵活性、合法性以及内部任务的清晰性,但可能导致缺乏统一外部形象和引发内部冲突。整合战略则有助于组织构建整体形象和加强内部合作,但可能导致缺乏市场灵活性和引发内部成员身份认知障碍。因此,校地共建式新型研发机构需要根据所处的环境和条件,动态性地以市场导向调整两种基本战略的组合。 By introducing the theories of strategic management of hybrid organizations and based on a comparative study of two typical cases,the organizational strategies and their strategic combinations,which are adopted by the university-government co-constructed new R&D institutions to cope with hybridity problems,are analyzed.The study found that the university-gov-ernment co-constructed new R&D institutions have adopted two basic strategies:differentiation and integration.Furthermore,the differentiation strategies achieve market flexibility,legitimacy,and internal mission clarity but can lead to a lack of unified external identity and provoke internal conflict.While the integration strategies facilitate the construction of a unified external identity and enhance internal collaboration,but can lead to a lack of market flexibility and trigger perceived barriers to internal member identity.Therefore,the university-government co-constructed new R&D institutions need to dynamically adjust the combination of two basic strategies with market orientation according to their environment and conditions.
