摘要
鉴于铝合金压铸件缩松、缩孔是发生频率较高且不易被观察识别的内部缺陷,对缩孔宏观和微观形态进行展示以及对缩孔改善进行说明。生产中通过采用局部挤压技术、高压点冷技术、仿形减重技术、减小余量少加工技术以及模具温控布局技术,优化压铸工艺,解决了压铸件缩孔缺陷。
In view of the fact that the shrinkage and shrinkage holes of aluminum alloy die casting are internal defects which occur frequently and are not easy to be observed and identified,the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of shrinkage holes are shown and the improvement of shrinkage holes are explained.In production,local extrusion technology,high pressure point cooling technology,copying weight reduction technology,reducing spare and small processing technology and mold temperature control layout technology are adopted to optimize the die casting process and solve the shrinkage hole defects of die casting parts.
