摘要
SFIC模型作为协同治理理论的经典分析模型,有利于解决高职院校二级学院学籍管理工作中的诸多问题。文章在协同治理理论的指导下,运用SFIC模型对高职院校二级学院学籍管理多主体协同管理困境进行分析,指出在学籍管理运行过程中存在协同管理意识薄弱、领导作用发挥不足、制度更新滞后、沟通协作不畅等问题,并针对性提出强化协同管理意识、拓宽指导培训途径、及时修订管理制度、畅通沟通协作路径等具体对策。
As a classic analytical model of collaborative governance,the SFIC model can help solve many issues in the enrollment management of students.Under the guidance of collaborative governance theory,this article applies SFIC model to examine the dilemma of collaborative management mode in the enrollment management of students in secondary vocational colleges.It points out that there are flaws such as weak awareness of collaboration,insufficient leadership role,lagging system updates,and poor communication.In response to those issues,targeted suggestions are proposed to strengthen collaboration awareness,broaden training channels,timely revise management systems and opening up the paths of communication.
