This paper empirically analyzed the income effect of green production factor input behavior of agricultural producers.Taking organic fertilizer and biopesticide as two green inputs, the Endogenous Switching Regression Model was used.In addition, the Unconditional Quantile Regression was used to analyze the heterogeneity. The results show that:(1)The input behavior of green production factors is affected by internal and external factors, and the influencing factors of input behavior of different green production factors are different;(2)There are significant differences in the influencing factors of agricultural income under different input decision conditions of green production factors. The new type of agricultural operation can significantly increase agricultural income.(3)The input behavior of green production factors has positive income effect.(4)Organic fertilizer input has the highest impact on low level agricultural income. With the increase of income, the degree of influence has a gradually decreasing trend. The degree of impact of biopesticide input on agricultural income showed an inverted“U”shape. There are significant differences in the impact of different types of subjects and geographical regions on different levels of agricultural income.
