摘要
本文以农产品乡资城调网为主要研究对象,采用问卷调查法、案例分析法、对比分析法等,对区域农产品实际应用情况进行调查,通过对其现状的分析,发现过去几年农产品因突发公共卫生事件滞销且浪费、严重地区缺少物资、物资多方转站风险较大。为构建新发展格局,落实建设全国统一大市场,乡资城调绿色通道项目形成乡村端—物流端—城市端的绿色物流路线,设立代办点,全方位收集乡村现有物资,通过改良的物流绿色通道进行直销,保证省内外的物资交流,在省与省,市与市边界设立蔬果站点,流水线检验农产品合格程度,加快核验速度,提高市场运营效率。
This paper focuses on the research of the network of resource allocation adjustment of rural-urban areas for agricultural products.Using methods such as questionnaire surveys,case analysis,and comparative analysis,the study investigates the actual application of regional agricultural products.Through the analysis of the current situation,it is found that agricultural products have been facing challenges such as unsold and wasted products due to public health emergencies,severe shortages of supplies in certain areas,and significant risks in the multi-stage transportation of goods in the past years.To build a new development pattern and implement the construction of a national unified large market,the green channel project of resource allocation adjustment of rural-urban areas is proposed to form a green logistics road from the rural end to the logistics end to the urban end.This involves setting up service stations,comprehensively collecting existing materials in rural areas,and ensuring direct sales through the improved green logistics channel.This approach facilitates the exchange of materials within and between provinces,establishes vegetable and fruit stations at the boundaries between provinces and cities,implements a production line to inspect the quality of agricultural products,accelerates the verification process,and improves market operational efficiency.
