摘要
《古今医鉴》为明代龚信编撰、龚廷贤续编的综合性医书。该书汇集了明代之前诸家论述,从脉诀、病机等方面概述诊疗理论的基础,结合龚氏父子之临床经验,分列临床各科百余种病证的证候与治疗,架构了比较完整的中医学诊疗理论体系。该书的学术特色包括五方面:立脉学大要,探病机玄蕴;以脉、证、治、方为纲,总领外感、内伤;治病思路新颖,方法独特;自创方剂,遗惠百姓;立明医标准,箴病家行为。该书有非常高的临床价值,值得中医药学的从业者进一步深入挖掘。
Gujin Yijian is a comprehensive medical book compiled by GONG Xin and continued by GONG Tingxian in the Ming Dynasty.This book is a collection of the treatises before the Ming Dynasty,summarizing the basis of diagnosis and treat⁃ment theory from the aspects of pulse,pathogenesis and so on.Combined with the clinical experience of GONG Xin and his son,the syndrome and treatment of more than 100 clinical diseases were listed,and a relatively complete TCM diagnosis and treatment theory system was constructed.The academic characteristics of this book include five aspects:paying attention to pulse diagnosis and pathogenesis;discussing exogenous diseases and internal diseases by means of pulse,syndrome,treatment and prescription;the novel treatment idea and unique method;self-created prescriptions for benefiting people;establishing clear medical standards and monitoring the behavior of physicians.This book has very high clinical value and is worthy of further digging by practitioners of TCM.
