摘要
信息技术的不断发展对我国建筑施工企业项目成本管理工作产生了极大的影响。众多企业为有效开展财务工作,提升财务管理水平,普遍采用财务共享模式。建筑施工企业通过财务共享,工作质量可以得到有效提升,使人力、财力、技术等资源得到充分优化及利用,同时改革财务部门传统工作管理模式,根据企业项目和实际情况有效控制建筑施工成本。从目前情况来看,建筑施工企业项目成本管理中还存在诸多不足,针对存在问题提供财务共享的管理措施,有效解决建筑施工企业项目成本管理问题,提升企业项目收益率,增强财务共享的管控能力,助力建筑施工企业的可持续发展。
The continuous development of information technology has produced a great influence on the project cost management of construction enterprises in our country.Many enterprises in order to effectively carry out financial work,improve the level of financial man-agement,generally adopt the financial sharing mode.Through financial sharing,construction enterprises can effectively improve work quality,fully optimize and utilize human,financial,technical and other resources,and reform the traditional work management mode of fi-nancial departments to effectively control construction costs according to enterprise projects and actual conditions.Based on the current situ-ation,there are still many deficiencies in the project cost management of construction enterprises.In view of the existing problems,financial sharing management measures are provided to effectively solve the project cost management problems of construction enterprises,improve the project return rate of enterprises,enhance the control ability of financial sharing,and help the sustainable development of construction enterprises.
